Bringing Your Plan to Life
A great design suited to you and your home is only the first step.  Valley Landscaping also installs every element of your design with careful attention to every building and planting detail.  Only the finest materials are used, and we're finished with you project only when you're completely satisfied. 

Step One - Initial Consultation
Call our office to arrange a meeting with one of our designers.  During our first meeting with our clients we will gather information and exchange ideas.  We will also obtain a land survey and a house plan if available,  take measurements and elevation of the land, and take photos of your property.  You should be fully informed at the end of your first consultation as to the services we offer and what you can expect next.   We also like to schedule a follow up visit to present your design and estimate to complete your project.

Step Two - Design and Estimating
Back at the office our designers and sales team research materials and resources needed for your landscape project.  A detailed custom design is created.  We offer up to two free revisions to the landscape design plan if needed.  All revisions will be confirmed in writing. 

Clients then signs the final contract agreement and remits down payment.  Down payment is one-third of the cost of your estimated total.   Your landscaping project is tentatively put on the production schedule.  *Schedules are subject to change due to things such as availability of property, delivery of materials, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. 

Your designer or sales team member will confirm the actual start date of your project and information regarding the delivery of materials. 

Step Three - Production
Our production crews and designer or sales rep arrive to begin installation.  After installation is complete, the job supervisor and designer or sales rep follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Step Four - Invoicing
You will receive an invoice including the design fee credit, along with warranty information and/or instructions for your new landscaping, and a thank you from our staff.
